OUR GROUP NUMBERS IN TURKISH COURSES

While creating groups of 10-15 people, people with different levels can be included in the same groups, regardless of the perception level of the trainees, the extent of attention disturbance, the tendency to memory, and the opportunity to get to know the Turkish teacher; Contracts are signed, although they are contrary to the consumer rights law. Otherwise, it is impossible to form a group in Turkish courses. This education system is no different from school education.
The level of Turkish you have reached at the end of your Turkisheducation at schools and the level of education you can reach at the end of your education within 10-15 people is the same!
In our institution, you do not have a chance to progress without learning, as special programs are prepared for you in the private lesson system during the Turkish language teaching process. You will have a comfortable learning process with the people you can communicate with, free from the feeling of hesitation, as the Turkish private groups we have formed up to 4 people which are created from your social environment.
In our Turkish groups of up to 4 people, our teachers can deal with each trainee individually. Our trainees do not encounter the question of "does anyone understand?" At the end of the course. Because our Turkish teachers directly observe who does not understand who has learned and understood, and they teach the subjects that are not understood with different methods and resources.
HAS GROUP TRAINING IN TURKISH COURSES ANY BENEFITS?
Of course they have. When the Turkish learning process reaches the end of the B2 level, Turkish language knowledge is considered to be lacking. Since you have reached the level of speaking at the end of the B2 level in Turkish, after this level, practicing Turkish in group lessons will help you make progress.

DETERMINING THE PERIOD OF TURKISH EDUCATION PROGRAM
The duration of the training is determined in accordance with the program, levels and goals requested by our trainees. Our trainees participating in normal Turkish programs complete 3 or 4 levels of training in an average of 6 months - 7.5 months.
DETERMINING YOUR TURKISH TEACHING, FREE TURKISH TRIAL COURSE AND LEVEL DETERMINATION
If you want to register after getting information about our Turkish courses from our institution, a free Turkish trial lesson is given first. The contract is not signed without a free Turkish trial lesson! Before the trial lesson is planned, Turkish trial course request form is filled face to face or by phone. If you enroll in the course, information such as the days and hours you can come, your educational status, and your target are requested. In line with this information, the Turkish teacher who can offer you the most efficient education on the days and hours we have specified is determined and you are informed about the day and time of the trial lesson. A 45-minute one-by-one Turkish practice lesson takes place, and at the end of the lesson, your teacher determines your exactTurkish level. You will see whether your teacher can communicate by seeing the narration technique. Upon thinking that you can communicate with your Turkish teacher, you will get efficiency and our teacher declares that you can reach your goal, your Turkish course program is prepared in accordance with the days and hours you want.
OUR TURKISH TEACHER STAFF
Diploma, criminal record, health report and references are requested while recruiting Turkish teachers. Teachers who submit these documents are asked to make lectures to the evaluation board of our institution. Our board, which observes the teaching techniques of the applicant teacher, presents its evaluations to our institution manager. Documents of the teachers passing these stages are sent to the district national education directorate and after the security investigation is made, an Turkish teacher appointment certificate is obtained and they are officially started to work.
DETERMINING THE TURKISH COURSE DAYS AND HOURS
The course schedules are planned jointly with the institution, taking into account the days and hours you have requested. This planning increases your rate of adaptation to the lesson, as it will not affect your daily schedules, overtime and social activities.
DETERMINING A FEE IN OUR TURKISH COURSES - PAYMENT METHODS
Turkish course fees are determined according to the level and objectives of our trainees, and the duration of the training program and duration they need to take. Payments can be made by bank transfer, monthly installments in the office, monthly payments in the office, 12 installments to the credit card or prepayments.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES - REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
If you decide to register after the free Turkish trial lesson, you can register by reading and signing our contract, which is prepared by taking into account the consumer rights law, and that you have read, understood and accepted at the bottom of each page. Having your ID with you when registering, you need to present 3 passport photos and a copy of your student certificate or diploma to our institution within a week. Parents perform the procedures of the trainees under the age of 18.
SOURCE RESOURCE IN TURKISH
Our institution does not have a contracted publishing house because we provide training with a personal teaching method. Each trainee is trained from different sources in line with its Turkish level and goal. The purchase of the determined fixed resource belongs to our trainees and all additional materials to be used during the education.
THE CONTINUITY / ABSENTEEISM IN OUR TURKISH COURSES
We offer 10% absenteeism to all our trainees through the Turkish course program they enroll in. Our trainees, who state that they cannot attend the classes one day before the class day, do not lose their course rights. The failed course is compensated with its own teacher on a suitable day or by adding it to the end of the program.
Since individual courses are applied in our institution, even if our trainees do absenteeism, the subject is not lost because the course is not taught.
NOTE: The trainee or teacher has the right not to attend the course if the trainee or teacher has flu and similar carrier disease at the beginning of the lesson. In this case, our trainees do not lose their right to absenteeism, they do not lose their course.
THE RIGHT OF SUSPENDING THE EDUCATION PROCESS IN OUR TURKISH COURSES
If our trainees cannot attend classes for a month or more for any reason, they can submit a petition to the administrative unit and complete their registration within one year as of the registration dates.
RIGHT OF TRANSFERRING PROGRAMMES IN OUR TURKISH COURSES
Our trainees can transfer their remaining time to third parties by submitting a petition to the administrative unit if they cannot attend their classes.
THE RIGHT OFCHANGING TEACHER IN OUR TURKISH COURSES
If our trainees request a teacher change for any reason; the institution may have the right to change teachers by submitting a petition to our administrative unit.
THE RIGHT OF REGISTRATION CANCELLATION IN OUR TURKISHCOURSES
All our trainees have the right to cancel registration in accordance with the relevant article of the consumer rights law. The amount to be paid is calculated by multiplying the number of courses taken by the trainee and the hourly rate sent by our institution to the provincial directorate of national education. If the trainees have overpayed, the overpayed amount will be refunded.
If there are enough people periodically in our institution, Turkish activities are created for the same level groups so that you can improve your Turkish practice. In our activities, there are foreign participants under the supervision of our teachers. It is important that the Turkish levels of the trainees are the same in the events. Each trainee should participate in the activities in line with his level.
ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT RULES
In our institution, promotion, trial lesson planning, lesson days and hours planning, lesson and absenteeism follow-up, additional lesson requests, lesson cancellation requests, program change requests, teacher change requests, registration freeze requests, registration cancellation requests, transfer rights requests, etc. All operations are carried out by our administrative unit and our teachers are not given responsibility for programming. Our teachers are only obliged to teach their trainees within the program prepared by the administrative unit. Our trainees and teachers should not share their private contact information, but only communicate within the institution during the training, in order to ensure the comfort of private life of our teachers and not to give any responsibilities outside the working hours, and to ensure that the education process is under the control of the administrative unit. Our trainees are obliged to convey all their requests to our administrative unit and conclude with authorized persons.
MEB APPROVED TURKISH CERTIFICATE –TURKISH LEVEL CERTIFICATE
MEB certificate issuance requirements have changed in 2019;
1- MEB APPROVED TURKISH CERTIFICATE
In order to obtain this certificate, you need to present your level with aTurkish certificate approved by the Ministry or officially valid documents such as your university preparatory class grades. If you have this type of document, you need to be trained at the institution where you have registered, starting from the level you have completed until the end of C2. If you do not have this type of document, you should be trained at the institution where you have registered, starting from A1 level until the end of C2, regardless of your level. At the end of C2 level, if you take the Turkish exam on the dates determined by the provincial directorate of national education and you are successful in this exam, you can obtain a certificate of MEB approved Turkish.
2- TURKISH LEVEL - PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
These are the documents given by the institutions if you receive education from the level specified after the placement test made by the institution you want to enroll, to the level you want. It is at the discretion of the institutions you will present validity.
